British Columbia Open Learning Campus for the community by the community.
The Open Learning Campus addresses a need we have seen in helping those who have had their education eroded away such as those from the BC State Foster Care System. To often youth leaving the system have insufficient life skills training to lead a normal life.
A Community Effort
As learning is a lifelong process and throughout that process we are all students and teachers; and that within our local community we already posses the skills and knowledge we need or desire to learn. By coming together as a community to share knowledge, skills and experiences so the joy of learning, and learning together.

Beyond the community the Open Learning Campus will provide a base for the Delta Recon Group’s Educational Division’s growing selection of e learning courses. The e learning courses can be accessed 24/7 to fit today’s tight schedules. e Learning Center
